Yellowstone is now in its Fifth Season, and each episode keeps getting better and better. There are many memorable characters and scenes in the show.
Yellowstone is always full of things to do. The Duttons are not a family you want to mess with, because Beth is always ready to fight and John works hard to keep the ranch safe.
Yellowstone has already had a lot of interesting things happen. People have died and fallen in love in front of us. Things get messy in Yellowstone, and the Yellowstone Dutton Ranch is often in the middle of fights.
Here are some of the best things that have happened in Yellowstone so far, from small but important moments to some of Dutton’s biggest fights.
Beth Helps Monica – Episode 9 of Season 2
When Monica is being mistreated by a racist shop owner, Beth comes to her aid. The owner of the shop wrongly accused Monica of stealing, even though all she was doing was shopping. During the whole time, she was there, Monica was treated badly. Even two cops are called in by the owner.
Monica doesn’t need to be strip-searched, but the police do it anyway, making her feel bad. Luckily, Beth shows up to stop her brother-in-law from being mean to her sister-in-law.
Beth tells the cops off for how badly they treated Monica, and then she sends them away after telling them Monica is a Dutton. After that, the police leave, but Beth isn’t done teaching the store owner a lesson.
She then breaks the glass of a jewelry case and throws some of the items inside. Then Beth makes the owner take off all her clothes so she can feel what Monica did.
We don’t usually see much of Beth and Monica together, so it was nice to see Beth stand up for her sister-in-law and show what she can do. Even though the moment wasn’t very important to the story, it was still memorable.
Beth and Rip’s First Date – The First Episode of Season 1
Even though Rip and Beth were dating as teenagers, they have their “first date” in the first episode of season one. Beth turns down Rip’s invitation to a music festival because she wants to do something more of her style.
Beth and Rip’s first date turns out to be strange but memorable. As they drink in Beth’s car, they watch a pack of wolves eat an elk.
Rip then tells Beth that she hasn’t changed and might even avoid dying. Beth is a brave and fearless person, so she runs right up to the pack of wolves and yells at them while holding a bottle of whisky.
Rip runs after her and asks why she did something so crazy. She just tells him she was trying to avoid dying. It was the start of a new chapter in their special love story.
John Gives Rip a Cabin – Episode 9 of Season 2
Rip and John have been close since John took him in as a homeless teenager. Rip has done a good job as a ranch hand, so John has given him a job, a place to live, and a family.
John writes a letter to Beth in which he says that Rip would do anything for the Dutton family. Rip has always been loyal to Yellowstone Dutton Ranch, which John really appreciates.
In the letter, John also says that he will give Rip a house on the ranch. Rip cries when he realizes that John loves and respects him. This is a rare thing to see.

A Heartfelt Moment Between Jimmy and John – Episode 10 of Season 4
After Jimmy got hurt while riding and had to go to the hospital, John sent him to Texas to learn how to be a real cowboy. While he is in Texas, he works at 6666 Ranch with Travis Wheatley as his boss.
Later, Jimmy goes back to Yellowstone Dutton Ranch, this time with his new fiancee, Emily. This makes his ex-girlfriend unhappy, and when she goes after Emily and Jimmy, a fight breaks out.
After the fight, John and Jimmy talk about things that are close to their hearts. He tells Jimmy that he will always have a place at the ranch, but he doesn’t owe John anything at this point.
This shows how far Jimmy has come since he joined the ranch and how much John respects him. Jimmy says his heartfelt goodbyes to everyone, and then he and Emily head back to Texas, ready to start a new chapter.
Teaching a Biker Gang a Lesson – Episode 4 of Season 3
Ryan, Colby, and Teeter find a group of motorcyclists breaking the rules by coming onto the ranch’s land. Even though Ryan asks the group to move in a nice way at first, they don’t like it and a fight breaks out.
Rip and Lloyd see the fight as they drive down the road. Then, Rip, who is very angry, drives his truck right through a group of parked motorcycles. The two men then joined the fight, and Rip beat up gang members with a branding stick. He tells the gang’s leader that they have to leave right away or they won’t leave at all.
Later that night, John and some of the ranch hands, like Rip, wait for the motorcycle gang to come back. When they get there, John confronts them, and when they try to leave, he points a gun at them and makes them dig their own graves.
John decides to let them go after he has made them scared. But he tells them that he will bury them in the graves if they ever come back.
Teeter Battles for Her Place – Episode 7 of Season 4
After Lloyd and Walker got into a fight over Laramie, all the women were kicked out of the bunkhouse. This included Teeter, who has worked on the ranch for a long time and thinks of herself as one of the guys.
Teeter was angry because she had done nothing wrong and was kicked out of the bunkhouse. She leaves the ranch in a rage because she didn’t get paid.
But Teeter goes back to the ranch to get her job back in the end. She shows John and Rip her brand and tries to get her job back by making an emotional plea to them.
“So it’s all just talk that this will be my home for life? Scarred for life, it doesn’t mean anything?” said Teeter.
Rip hears her plea and is moved by it. He tells her that her brand really does mean a lot and offers Teeter her old bunkhouse spot back.
Teeter thanks Rip for giving her her job back through tears, and she promises John and Rip that she will continue to show her loyalty to Yellowstone Dutton Ranch.
Even though Teeter is known for being tough, this is a soft moment for him. It shows that both she and Rip care about the Duttons and know how important it is to stay true to them.

Rescuing Tate – Episode 10 of Season 2
When they take Tate, the Beck brothers finally go too far in their fight with the Duttons. When the Duttons find out he’s gone, they don’t waste any time getting him back.
At first, they don’t know who took him, but they soon figure out that it was the Beck brothers who did it. After the brothers told them what they knew, a group led by John rescued Tate.
Kayce finds Tate in the bathroom of a house that belongs to a hitman that the Becks hired. Tate is not hurt physically, but his head is shaved and he is terrified by what happened.
The Duttons didn’t wait long to punish the Beck brothers for what they did. Kayce finds Teal sitting on the toilet in his house and shoots him in the stomach.
After threatening Teal to find out where Tate is, Kayce shoots him in the chest and leg, killing him while he is still sitting on the toilet.
Malcolm, the other brother, is running away when John shoots him. Then, John sat with Malcolm as he was dying, but at the last second, he got up and left, leaving Malcolm to die alone.
Rip Saves Beth – Episode 7 of Season 2
Two masked gunmen attack Beth and her assistant while they are working late one night. Beth is able to send a message to Rip that says “office help” before chaos breaks out.
Jason gets shot, even though Beth and her assistant put up a fight. Even though the men in masks trying to scare Beth, she won’t be scared.
Luckily, as soon as Rip gets the text, he goes straight to Beth’s office. Rip gets there just in time to stop one of the attackers from throwing Beth onto the table. The two can then fight back against the attackers and kill them.
Beth is clearly upset about what happened, but Rip is able to make her feel better by telling her “I love you.” Even though the scene is scary, it shows how much Rip and Beth love each other.
The Duttons Get Attacked – Episode 10 of Season 3
Yellowstone Season 3 Finale left a lot of characters’ futures up in the air, making people want more. At the end of the episode, it’s clear that someone wants to kill the Duttons, but it’s not clear who.
In one of the most exciting parts of the show, Beth and her assistant are in her office. At first, it seems like a normal day with nothing out of the ordinary. But in a matter of seconds, everything changes.
The fact that Beth got a box inside a box seems strange to Beth’s assistant. Beth tells her quickly to wait because she has no idea what it is. But she can’t stop her assistant in time, and a bomb goes off, destroying the office.
In the meantime, Kayce is talking to Monica on the phone in his office when he hears gunshots. Before a gunman can rush into his office, he acts quickly and pushes his desk down to make a barrier.
John is helping a single mother change a flat tire on the side of the road. While they were helping her, a van pulled up, and a man got out and asked, “You’re John Dutton, right?” John answers “Yes.”

When the van door opens, a gunman starts shooting at John and the mother. John is left on the side of the road, badly hurt but still alive.
In the same exciting episode, Jimmy falls off a horse and is knocked out. He is another person whose future is not clear.
People who watch the show are left wondering who planned the attacks on Beth, Kayce, and John. Rip starts to worry because he can’t get in touch with anyone. Fans will have to wait until the first episode of season four to find out what happened to their favorite characters.
Beth and Rip Get Married – Episode 10 of Season 4
Beth and Rip have been fan favorites in Yellowstone for a long time. In the last episode of season four, the couple finally gets married in a small ceremony.
Beth and Rip’s wedding was nothing like what most people do. Beth took the priest hostage and walked down the aisle in a fur jacket and a short gold dress. The happy couple got married on the ranch in front of John, Lloyd, and Carter in a beautiful ceremony.
Even though it wasn’t a typical wedding, it was the best day for Rip and Beth. Beth and Rip were both crying, and it was clear that they love each other very much. Fans of Yellowstone had been waiting for this moment for a long time.
